A new project takes productivity within agriculture and forestry to the next level. The AGRARSENSE consortium will develop European state-of-the-art technologies in electronic components and systems for future needs, building European resilience in critical sectors and strongly contribute to sustainability targets and climate change mitigation. Spinverse supported the successful funding application of AGRARSENSE Coordinator Komatsu Forest. With the three-year project starting and bringing together a consortium of 52 partners from all over Europe, Spinverse team now provides AGRARSENSE with project coordination services.
Spinverse has been coordinating the extensive CleverHealth Network (CHN) ecosystem led by Helsinki University Hospital (HUS) for a good five years now. Business Finland recently granted an extension to funding of this health care growth engine. This enables CHN to continue the work in harnessing health data, AI and Machine Learning with an aim to co-develop efficient care paths and improve patients’ daily lives. The first solutions developed in CHN projects are already progressing towards commercialisation and new joint projects are being built as we speak.

Rapid economic growth, urbanization and excessive material usage pose a significant threat of an increasing manufacturing footprint. Mirka, a Finnish manufacturer of surface finishing solutions sees an opportunity to develop new innovative solutions to support the green transition in cooperation with the Finnish industry. Spinverse helped Mirka in the successful funding proposal for this unique project, first of its kind in Finland. Spinverse now starts to build and facilitate the ecosystem together with Mirka.
In 2023, 215.5 M€ is dedicated in advancing competitive circular bio-based industries in Europe, launched by the Circular Bio-based Industries Joint Undertaking (CBE JU), which is a massive €2 billion partnership between the European Union and the Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC) under Horizon Europe. The 2023 Work Programme with 18 different call topics has been published.
Back in August 2022, Spinverse joined forces with the Swedish company IMCG International AB to extend Nordic leadership in innovation funding consulting. A few months in, IMCG co-founders Magnus Andersson and Jonas Norrman now discuss the strong impact the strengthened Spinverse team is making through the customer projects in the Nordics and elsewhere in Europe.
