Our new colleagues Marianna and Edward strengthen expertise on bioeconomy, ICT and project management
In May, we welcomed Marianna Mea and Edward Mutafungwa to the Spinverse team. Both of them hold broad subject matter expertise and doctoral degrees in their respective areas. We also value their prior experience in running public grant proposal preparations.
Experimentation is a great way to reduce risks in innovation. It is impossible to predict how customers will react to new products and services. The best practice is to build and test new ideas with customers and other stakeholders early in the process.

Dijana Soininen joined the Spinverse team as Head of People and Culture a few months ago to help us nurture and evolve our company culture in times of rapid growth. We wanted to ask her about her first impressions at Spinverse and her insights into company culture and our work environment.
Spinverse has a solid track record of helping customers receive public funding, with more than 500 M€ secured for our customers. Our funding experts know how to navigate through the jungle of applying for public funding and how to help prepare the best possible project proposal in calls for national or EU funding. However, Spinverse expertise does not end there, but we can also help when it comes to kicking off, managing, leading and coordinating a funded project.
Industryhack Oy, a consulting company specialised in co-creation methods, and an innovation consulting company Spinverse Oy have reached an agreement where the operating assets of Industryhack business are transferred to Spinverse. As a result of this asset deal, Spinverse strengthens their ecosystem program management services, expertise on challenge-based development operations, and the network of innovative SMEs.
