Spinverse joined EU initiative ePerfect securing European defence supply chain

Many of the components used in defence applications originate from outside Europe today. This dependence on external component suppliers is not really acceptable for the European defense industry, where critical components could be withheld or delayed for strategic reasons by foreign governments. In an attempt to provide an alternative solution for Europe, in the development of advanced RF CMOS based Systems on a Chip, the e-Perfect project has been funded. This funding has been provided in response to a call from the European Defence Fund for the creation of an ITAR free supply and value chains for advanced, radiation hard, fine geometry, RF CMOS Technologies within Europe. This technology capability will be used for the creation of Advanced Systems on a Chip (SoC) for space and defence applications.

Financial support available nationally for the design costs of your upcoming EU Innovation Fund (IF25) proposal

The results of the latest Innovation Fund call (IF24) were published in November, and we want to warmly congratulate our clients we supported and who have been invited to start grant agreement preparations with the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA). Due to high competition and less funding awarded this year, many excellent proposals did not secure funding this time. This is the perfect time to take the steps for the next Innovation Fund call (IF25 - submission deadline in 2026), be it a resubmission or a brand new project proposal. We can support with both. It is also possible to apply for financial support for the project design costs via national agencies at least in Norway, Denmark and Finland.
