Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Digital is a European Union initiative designed to boost a  high-performance and resilient Europe, and to secure digital infrastructures across Europe, fostering growth and competitiveness in line with the EU’s Digital Decade 2030 goals. The programme supports the interconnection of digital networks within and between member states, ensuring robust digital services and communication infrastructures across the continent. The calls were published on the 22nd of October 2024.

The European Commission has opened the 2024 Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Transport calls for proposals, offering a massive 2.5B€ to boost transport infrastructure across Europe. This funding aims to make the trans-European transport network (TEN-T) more sustainable, smart, and resilient, aligning with the EU’s goal of becoming climate neutral by 2050.
