Our Defence and Security team is growing. We are happy to have Robert Eklund joining the team as an Analyst as of June 2022.

In May, we welcomed Marianna Mea and Edward Mutafungwa to the Spinverse team. Both of them hold broad subject matter expertise and doctoral degrees in their respective areas. We also value their prior experience in running public grant proposal preparations.

Experimentation is a great way to reduce risks in innovation. It is impossible to predict how customers will react to new products and services. The best practice is to build and test new ideas with customers and other stakeholders early in the process.

It is again time to recognise the colleagues who demonstrate constant inspiration and broad knowledge! This time, we would like to highlight Veera and Antero who  continue to impress us and our customers in their work. Hats off to Veera and Antero!

We started the new year by welcoming many new colleagues to join the Spinverse teams to enforce our services to our clients in many focus areas such as challenge-driven innovation services, sustainability, industrial applications in manufacturing and the lithium battery value chain. In this round of promotions, we are celebrating Miguel, John, Saija, Cloé, Leena and Vanessa for their stellar contribution.

Dijana Soininen joined the Spinverse team as Head of People and Culture a few months ago to help us nurture and evolve our company culture in times of rapid growth. We wanted to ask her about her first impressions at Spinverse and her insights into company culture and our work environment.

Spinverse is happy to announce the election of their CEO Laura Koponen as the deputy board member in the Technology Industries of Finland, the lobbying organisation for technology industry companies. Laura Koponen will bring to the board her extensive expertise and understanding on the opportunities of public funding to accelerate companies’ growth, competitiveness and renewal.
