Promotions at Spinverse – congratulations
We are very delighted to announce our talented colleagues recognised for their accomplishments by promotions. Join us in congratulating Renuka, Michael, Johannes, Roozbeh, Simona and Prakash.
Renuka Natarajan (Ph.D.) is promoted to Senior Project Manager. She works in the Health Tech team, reporting to Rohit Sood. With her strong experience and educational background rooted in the health sector, Renuka has played a significant role in developing the Medicinal health technology business over the past three years she has been with Spinverse. She has been successfully leading, developing and managing several large-scale multiparty projects related to understanding the mechanisms and management of pandemic diseases such as long covid, chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases, addressing the urgent care with Point-Of-Care devices and early prediction biomarkers for frontotemporal dementia. Renuka has also been contributing to the consortium/content development of Key digital technology projects related to organ-on-chip models and in Chips Joint Undertaking projects. In her role as Senior Project Manager, Renuka will focus on project management on large-scale projects and business development in the Medicinal health tech business.
Michael Saulny (M.Sc.) is promoted to Senior Project Manager. Michael works in the Manufacturing team, reporting to Pasi Ojala. Michael has successfully managed several funding proposal projects with multi-million budgets ranging from state-of-the-art industrial investments to innovative R&D consortiums. In his role, he has showcased his ability to boldly step in to run very complex projects, characterized by his efficiency in organizing work, excellent time management, and strong communication abilities. At the same time, Michael is known for his patient and supportive approach, and skills in engaging Spinverse and customer teams to collaborate and contribute together in agile manner while keeping a positive atmosphere for the best possible results. In his new role, Michael will have more responsibilities at the customer interface and in higher level project concepting.
Johannes Ahvo (M.Soc.Sc.) is promoted to Project Manager. He works for the Smart city and mobility team, reporting to Antero Vesterinen. Johannes is an excellent project manager who can take up any project and lead it independently in a structured manner. Johannes has demonstrated his capabilities in preparation of large Horizon Europe consortium projects, EIC Accelerator projects as well as in consulting and advisory type of work such as in development of a regional RDI roadmap. As Project Manager, Johannes will step up to a bigger role in managing larger projects and continue his excellent work in EU policy uptake as well as in other internal development activities.
Roozbeh Mohammadi (Ph.D.) is promoted to Project Manager in the Smart city and mobility team, reporting to Antero Vesterinen. Roozbeh has shown excellent project management skills with Horizon Europe (with large consortiums), Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) and EIC accelerator project proposal preparations and has managed large consortiums successfully He has successfully managed projects related to e-mobility, connected and automated vehicles, and data analytics. Roozbeh never hesitates, even in challenging situations, but handles each situation calmly and in a very structured manner. Roozbeh is always eager to learn more and never hesitates to take up new challenges. Roozbeh will be in key role in the expansion of our CEF portfolio. He has already been working in several CEF Digital and Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Facility (AFIF) projects and his expertise are vital for developing and executing our CEF offerings.
Simona Dell’Angelo-Scacchi (M.Sc. Health Sciences), promoted to Project Manager is working in the Digital Health team and reporting to Jayden Khakurel. She has been leading, managing and contributing to several complex Horizon Europe projects related to medical devices, health technology assessment, health technologies and digital health solutions development, such as HORIZON-HLTH-2024-IND-06-08 and HORIZON-HLTH-2023-IND-06-07, and supported several CHIPS JU funding projects (UNLOOC). In addition to showcasing her skills in project management and business development, Simona is also our EIC Accelerator and Grant Agreement Preparation (GAP) expert and has helped us in streamlining our Grant Agreement processes. In her new role as a project manager, Simona will help us in business development and continue building multi-party consortia, leading and managing single and multi-party projects.
Prakash Sivakumar (M.Sc. Healthcare Informatics) is promoted to consultant, specializing in digital health innovations within our Digital Health team, where he reports to Jayden Khakurel. Prakash has showcased substantial growth in the past two years with us in harnessing cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative, patient-centred healthcare solutions. He has also developed skills in facilitating collaboration between academia, industry, healthcare providers, and research infrastructures. Prakash has already been managing multi-national consortium-based projects, such as Horizon Europe projects for HORIZON-INFRA-2024-TECH-01-04 and HORIZON-HLTH-2024-STAYHLTH-01-05-two-stage. In addition, he has played crucial role in supporting us with several Chips JU funding projects such as UNLOOC. In his new role as a consultant, Prakash will help us in scaling partnership across research infrastructures, healthcare providers and academia and manage large-scale projects to shape up the future of digital health ecosystems.
