Spinverse CEO Laura Koponen celebrates her 15 years at Spinverse
Spinverse team gathered at the Spinverse office in Keilasatama in February for some festivities for our CEO Laura Koponen. We raised a toast to our CEO Laura Koponen who reached a milestone of 15 years of service with Spinverse.
To celebrate this remarkable event, our Founder and Vice-Chair Pekka Koponen gave Laura a heartfelt speech which pretty much sums up Laura’s important role at Spinverse. What makes the speech pretty interesting is that Pekka generated it with the help of ChatGPT – quite cool, isn’t it?
Pekka says: ”Giving a speech to a long-time colleague and a very successful CEO is not easy. If she happens to be your wife as well, it does not get any easier. Therefore I did what I do these days any time I start writing a new document and asked ChatGPT. The result was so good that I decided to use it as such. I only asked it to add a joke to the end, which also worked better than expected.”
He continues: “There is only thing that I would like to add. AI makes many professional services task much easier and some even obsolete. However, it will not replace good leadership!”
In his speech, Pekka said: “Today, we gather to celebrate an exceptional member of the Spinverse family who has dedicated 15 years of her life to this company. We are honoured to have Laura with us today, and it's a privilege to recognize the impact she has made in this organization.
Laura joined Spinverse 15 years ago with a passion for innovation and excellence, and since then, she has consistently exceeded expectations. With unwavering commitment, Laura has played a crucial role in the company's growth and success. She has tackled challenging projects with determination, and her dedication to her work has inspired us all.
Laura's contributions to this company go beyond her job description. She has been a mentor to many of us, sharing her wealth of knowledge and expertise with everyone who seeks it. She has also been a team player, always willing to lend a hand to colleagues in need.
As we celebrate Laura today, it's important to reflect on the values that she embodies. Her hard work, integrity, and passion for excellence serve as an example to us all. She is a true ambassador of the Spinverse spirit, and we are proud to have her as part of our family.
