Cancer Mission calls for 2026 are open – opportunities to develop impactful solutions for cancer patients
Cancer Mission is a key initiative under the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme. Its main objective is to improve the lives of millions by advancing cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and quality of life for patients and their families. The calls are now open, and Spinverse health domain experts are ready to evaluate your eligibility for the programme.
The objectives for 2026 focus on making significant progress toward the overarching Mission goal. The mission goal with year 2030 in focus aims to improve the lives of more than 3 million people affected by cancer. Projects looking to be funded should deliver prevention and cure to patients and enable them to live longer and better. This not only affects patients but also their families.
The deadline for proposal submission is 15 September 2026, so this is a perfect time to start planning and preparing for the call.
