The aim of the health cluster in Horizon Europe framework program is to improve and protect the health and wellbeing of citizens of all ages by generating new knowledge and developing innovative solutions to prevent, diagnose, monitor, treat and cure diseases. The aim is also to support and enable patients' participation and self-management.
“There are very interesting calls that will offer opportunities for actors developing solutions and services for the health care sector. There will be calls for example in the areas of:
- Prevention of obesity through the life course
- Creation of trustworthy Artificial intelligence tools to predict the risk of chronic non-communicable diseases and their progression
- New methods for the effective use of real-world data and synthetic data.
The calls for year 2022 will be opened in October 2021 and they will have deadlines in February and April 2022. This means it is time to start planning your project and possible partners.
