Erika Hyppönen (M.A (Education)) has joined Spinverse as People and Culture Specialist. Erika brings over 15 years of experience in people and talent development, helping individuals and organisations grow by designing and implementing impactful learning and development initiatives. She has also coached professionals in their career development, collaborated in the creation of a learning experience platform, and is dedicated to integrating technology into talent development in a supportive and meaningful way. Erika is excited to bring her expertise, curiosity and collaborative mindset to Spinverse and looks forward to contributing to initiatives that foster growth, innovation, and a positive workplace culture.
Elina Voutilainen (M.Sc. Tech) joined Spinverse as Senior Project Manager to the Defence and Security team. In her previous career, she has been working for Finnish Airforce and Defence Forces HQ, KONE Oyj, CSC It Center for Science, in a couple of startup companies, and also for Spinverse. During the last ten years, EU funding — proposals, project implementation and reporting — has been strongly present in her daily work. Elina has also been working as an external expert for the European Commission, evaluating proposals. Her main motivation comes from learning new things, and also getting things done.
Aarti Singh (Ph.D. Mol Bio) joined Spinverse as a Consultant to the Health Technologies team. Based in our office in Gothenburg, she brings extensive Biomedical research experience with expertise in Cell and Molecular Biology and Molecular Neuroscience. In her previous role, Aarti was part of the Science team at a health tech start-up specializing in AI, where she focused on providing scientific guidance and support, driving customer success and engagement, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. During her postdoctoral work, she was awarded a grant from MedTech SuperConnector, which enabled her to gain hands-on experience in translating bench research into a commercial spin-out venture. Throughout her career, Aarti has been passionate about advancing scientific innovation and research — contributing to new knowledge and driving meaningful progress for society.
Olli Laine (M.Sc. Econ.) joined Spinverse as Senior Consultant to the Industrial Investments team. In his previous career, he has been working in KPMG in Corporate Finance team, focusing on M&A, valuations and consulting mostly in energy and infrastructure sectors. His previous positions also include working as an expert at Empower and as a portfolio manager in Energiakolmio. Olli is eager to join the Spinverse team and will work closely with financial modeling and is very motivated to support Spinverse’s clients to achieve their goals, development targets and funding.
Mila Autere (B.Sc. Tech.) joined Spinverse as an Analyst Trainee in the Bioeconomy team. Currently, Mila is finalizing her bachelor’s degree at Aalto University, majoring in Bioproduct Engineering. Mila brings both strong academic knowledge and practical experience through her comprehensive thesis work on lignin valorisation, as well as hands-on industry experience. Prior to this role, she worked at Sappi as an operator, where she gained valuable experience in industrial-scale production and value chains within the bioproduct sector. Mila is passionate about advancing sustainable solutions by contributing to innovative projects within bioeconomy. She looks forward to supporting a greener, more sustainable Europe, while continuing to grow professionally.
