Spinverse Group has invested in 3DBear, a startup focusing on making 3D printing easy with their game, 3DBear, that runs on a tablet. A total of 120 000 euros was raised from London-based angel investor Glyn Eggar, along with Spinverse Group, as well as the former Director-General of Tekes Veli-Pekka Saarnivaara.
"We invested in 3DBear as the product is innovative and the market demand is evident. On top of that the team behind the product is full of talent and they will make it into an international success story" comments Laura Koponen, Managing Director of Spinverse Innovation Management.
"We will make 3D-printing a part of everyday living at home and in schools" says 3DBear CEO Kristo Lehtonen. "We will introduce our product at Slush. Before that we will develop it more together with the world's best education system: Finnish school teachers and students."
